Companhia das Culturas is a contemporary, sustainable, eco-friendly agro-tourism that and exudes silence, shade, sun and breeze.
Located in the south-eastern corner of the Algarve, Companhia das Culturas provides easy access to the beach just 1,5km away (Praia Verde beach), the historical village of Castro Marim (4 km) and Nature Reserve of Ria Formosa (6 km).

The apartments and rooms were all adapted from the pre-existing old farm buildings using local materials and ancestral techniques – whitewash of the walls, the levelled concrete and the cork prevails. The interiors follow the same ethical and aesthetic principles of the architecture rebuilding, combining objects and furniture from different historical periods and styles.

Breakfast includes a choice of local and seasonal products as well as organic produce directly from the vegetable garden and orchard and neighbouring farms.

With no television nor background music, but equipped with Wi-Fi and a library, Companhia das Culturas provides relaxing stays and nature walks. For further relaxation, yoga, Tai Chi, Qigong and massages are available on request. You can also freshen up by the pool and enjoy the Hamam, with essential oils from the Algarve.
