Tivoli Évora Ecoresort
Tivoli Évora Ecoresort claims to be the first cork-clad hotel in the world. This cork outer coating acts as thermal and acoustic insulation, providing exceptional energy efficiency.
In addition, the hotel uses solar panels and geothermal heating to heat the main building, swimming pools and hot waters.
The ecoresort complex consists of the main building and 56 bungalow-style suites scattered among olive, holm oaks and cork trees, which aim to resemble a traditional medieval village from the Alentejo region.
The resort’s symmetric accommodation spaces have an avant-garde design with refined lines, minimalist shapes and white walls.
The hotel offers a series of leisure facilities, including spa, health club, gym, bar, restaurant and fully-equipped conference rooms.
