Hagen Natur is a company dedicated to the production of certified organic shiitake mushrooms.
It has 400 tons of eucalyptus and oak trunks in continuous production. Thus, there is always fresh shiitake in their greenhouse located in Gandra, Esposende.
Besides production and trade, they are also available to present the product and open doors to whoever wants to visit the facilities.
