Trinca‘s main product is granola, available in different blends and can be eaten as a snack, in salads, desserts or with yogurt. In addition, they can be consumed by celiac people, since all Trinca granola are gluten-free.
Besides the snacks, the store also has a grocery store with fresh food from regional producers. The shop includes an exclusive area for gluten-free foods; bread made in the shop; organic cosmetics; detergents and books. Trinca also organises workshops and talks.
