Vida Macro is a project that aims to promotes people and practices that value health, well-being and happiness. From north to south of Portugal, it crosses several themes that range from food to movement, from therapies to education.
It all started in 2013, when António (the creator and project manager) began researching alternatives to meat in his diet. This search led him to discover a passion for macrobiotics and wanting to spread this approach to life.
Using his training and professional experience in audiovisual and advertising, António launched Vida Macro in February 2017, using the video interview format.
It is a heartfelt project, done in a totally voluntary and pro bono way, with the goal of promoting other projects related to health, well-being and happiness.
Some of the themes already covered include yoga; food; Feng Shui; stress; home organisation; organic farming; therapies; mindfulness and more!
